Returns & Exchanges

At EasyPost Team Pack, we want to ensure your athletes are fully equipped for peak performance with gear that fits perfectly. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible sports apparel and equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the items from your team pack that you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, clean condition suitable for resale.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange sizes within 5-7 business days.
